I’ve had the privilege of studying with Art Giser, founder of Energetic NLP, and Kriya Master Forrest Knutson — both have profoundly transformed my personal and professional life.
I am a Chinese medicine teacher and practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience. I also teach Qigong and Taichi, encouraging my clients to heal through their own embodied practice.

This journey is designed to facilitate profound self-discovery and the reprogramming of your mind, body, and energy field. Through this process, you will learn to cleanse and maintain your energetic well-being. Typically, 1 to 3 sessions can lead to significant shifts in your emotional state.
